  Before yesterday, I would have highly recommended going to Dr. Sen, but after trying to schedule a simple appointment through Tammy, I will never recommend this office to anyone.
  
  My family and I have been going to this office for 20+ years, and Dr. Sen is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I have ever encountered (that's the only reason for the two stars instead of one).
  
  The only critical downfall to this office is its administrators. Apparently, if you are lucky enough to have a clean bill of health for more than 2 years, you are wiped from their system and have to be put on a waiting list, no matter how long you have been going there, no matter how serious the illness.
  
  To make matters worse, when I was put on hold to speak to one of the nurses, I sat there for 15 mins before Tammy decided to transfer me to a voicemail (without even letting me know what was going on), which I never got a call back from.
  
  Adding to that, when I asked to speak to Tammy's supervisor, she claimed there were none, which I have a very hard time believing, considering her lack of professionalism. I hope you guys are able to fix this problem.
  
  All in all, could not be more disappointed with the service of this office, especially after going here for so long, only to be turned away because my frequency of attendance was not convenient enough for them. Makes me feel like new patients are valued more highly than long standing patients like me. Never again.
